Delivery and Returns


Easter Holidays

We will be closed from Friday 29th March and will reopen on Tuesday 2nd April after the Easter holiday. Orders placed after 3pm on Thursday 28th March will be despatched on Tuesday 2nd April.

Next-Day orders placed before 1pm Thursday 28th March will be delivered on Saturday 30th March.

UK Delivery

Orders over £60

  • Free standard delivery: delivery within 2 to 5 working days after order 
  • Next-day delivery*: £8.95 For orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.

Orders under £60

  • Standard delivery: £3.95 delivery within 2 to 5 working days after order 
  • Next-day delivery*: £8.95 For orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday.

*Next day delivery can only be guaranteed for addresses within the UK Mainland. For deliveries to Northern Ireland and Scottish Highlands and Islands we will find the fastest delivery we can, this is often a 48 hr delivery. 

We aim to dispatch all orders either the same-day or the day after you place your order.

We do not post on weekends or public holidays. We use Royal Mail or courier services to deliver your purchases. Next-day delivery purchases may need to be signed for upon receipt. Once your order has left our warehouse your will receive an email confirming that it is on route to you with a tracking number if applicable. 


We have currently suspending shipping orders into the EU (with the exception of Ireland) until the implications of Brexit are clearer.


Ireland Delivery

We offer a standard delivery service to Ireland. All packages are sent via Royal Mail post or courier services. The cost of shipping is dependent on the weight of your order, which is automatically calculated at checkout:

Parcels under 2 kg the delivery cost is £10.95

Parcels between 2 - 5 kg (i.e. two pairs of snow boots); delivery cost is £14.95 

Bulky or heavy parcels (i.e. child carriers and parcels weighing over 5 kg); delivery cost is £19.95


International Delivery 

We are happy to offer shipping to most countries around the world. Our rates vary depending upon the location you select in the checkout process and the weight and number of your items. If you would like a quote for delivery to a country not listed on website please email us using the contact form with the exact details (size and colour) of the items you wish to purchase and the delivery country and we will email you back with a quote for shipping.


When shipping outside the UK we will keep the weight of your parcel to a minimum to keep shipping costs down for both you and us. This may mean that we remove the footwear from boxes and ship boots and shoes in bubble-wrap bags. If you do not want us to do this please email us after placing your order and request that no packaging is removed.

We do our best to make sure that your items arrive in the best possible condition, using mailing bags, bubble wrap and cardboard boxes. We also try to balance this against the need for excessive packaging (especially plastics) and we're very mindful of our impact on the environment.

Customs and Import Charges

Any applicable customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel. Customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country and we cannot inform you what the cost will be. If in doubt please contact your local customs office for current charges before you order.



We want you to be comfortable choosing products from us and we recognise that sometimes it's not always possible to get the right item or fit first time. This is why we offer an unconditional 30-day return policy (for purchases made in November this period is extended to 60 days). If for any reason you're not happy with your purchase, or you simply need a larger/smaller size, you can return it to us and we'll send you a replacement (or refund you for the cost of the item(s)) as quickly as possible. All we ask is that you return the product in a saleable unused condition, with tags and original packaging intact.

Unfortunately we are not able to reimburse return delivery costs. However, there is no further Postage and Packaging charge to pay for exchanging items to UK addresses (additional charges may apply for exchanging overseas items, please contact us to confirm charges).

We don't send out return mail bags with every order as we're trying to save plastics where we can. If you do need a bag to return your item however email us and we'll send you one.

If you do need to return an item, complete the return slip sent with your order and return to the address shown. Let us know whether you would like a replacement or refund and we'll get things sorted as fast as we can and email you to confirm.
