We've been looking to expand our choice of kids outdoor clothing by adding some well priced and high-quality kids waterproofs and skiwear and our research has led us to a superb company from Finland called Icepeak.
The Icepeak kids clothing is very popular in France, Germany, Scandinavia and Eastern European countries although relatively unknown in the UK. Icepeak clothing is made from highly technical fabrics so functionally their clothing is excellent and their design is both practical and fun with great colour choices.
The Icepeak kid's waterproof sets come in at a great price of £46.95 for a fully waterproof and breathable jacket and trousers that pack down really small. The Mandy (see image below) and Marco are really funky everyday waterproof jackets in vibrant colours. Finally, we have the kids waterproof trousers with fully taped seams for only £17.95. The size range for all the clothing is 5 - 14 years so they are perfect to use on school trips, scout and guide camps and even for Duke of Edinburgh Award expeditions.
